Chris is a second-generation motor mechanic with over 40 years of experience in the industry. He has gained experience in various aspects of the automobile industry over the course of his career. He has previously worked as a salesperson in Volvo and Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

Chris grew up with his father, Peter Watt, and often worked with him on weekends and during school holidays. According to popular belief, "Chris' apprenticeship began when he was five years old."

Chris was trained by one of his father's apprentices before landing his dream job at LRH Automotive, where Larry Horn mentored him. Chris was fortunate to gain experience in dyno tuning, carburettor rebuilding, distributor graphing and rebuilding, Range Rover, Volvo, and SAAB servicing and repairs while working there.

With his father's engine building expertise, Chris was also lucky enough to help him build some of the fastest Austin Healey engines in Australia, if not the world!

Chris has always had a way with communicating with people that is in line with his values, those being honesty, Integrity and excellence

He understands that customers put a lot of trust in their mechanics and also knows that when a customer books in for a service,, they can often be surprised when other items that need attention are brought to their attention. Thus, he has been able to implement processes and systems in his business that help remove any doubt about what is needed.
