Classes include: thai, patisserie, hand-made pasta and masterclasses including raw foods, wood-fired oven, vietnamese, luxury wholefoods, knife skills and gluten free cookery. Cook with new friends and sit down to enjoy the fruits of your endeavours with a class of sparkling wine. Surrounded by beautiful gardens including an extensive herb garden, chickens and apiary. 3hr classes are $135pp or book a private class for 6-12 people $110pp.
