The Red Hill Brewery is a unique, independent microbrewery located midst it’s own hop garden on the top of Red Hill on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Established by Karen and David Golding in 2005, we pride ourselves on creating healthy crafted beer styles that are highly drinkable, session qualified and impartial taste great! Level and rich malt flavors with hints of chocolate and coffee. Nobel hops and a cool and long ferment is going to make this beer a orderly classic. We have a core range of beers including Golden Ale, Pilsner, Wheat Beer and Scotch Ale. Often challenging styles yet still fit our philosophy of being highly drinkable. Our beers are made hand son in little batches (800lt) with passion and aptitude and are getting further afield all the time. This beer is fermented at a nippy temperature to create a crisp, orderly complete and uses the superior quality imported German Pilsner Malt. Lightly hopped with our own Tettnanger hop flowers. A malt aspiring beer, lightly balanced with our own Golding and Willamette new hop flowers. It has taken 7 years to perfect and is a very special unite of English Malts, some of which are gloomy roasted to impart the toffee and sweet flavors of this ale. Share our passion for our beers that we love to drink in our relaxed, rustic bush setting midst the hop vines. All items include the cost of shipping except the surfboard. We have a core range of beers including Golden Ale, Wheat Beer and Scotch Ale. The Red Hill Brewery is unique as we have our own hop yard onside and organically grow all our own hops for use in our beers. We use the whole hop flowers, dried here in Red Hill, in the brewing process. Every year around EarlyMarch, friends of the Red Hill Brewery gathers to pick the seasons hops. Our beer range is classic in style, were we create pretty European style ales and lagers. Anything from easy drinking golden ales and pilsners to hard styles like imperial stouts and Belgian style mighty ales. We experiment with barrel aged ales in oak barrels and also traditional ales that are conditioned in real English casks and served on the hand pump.
