The cupbaords are stocked with all the basics including plunger coffee, reverse cycle air conditioning, convection microwave, fridge/freezer, CD player and numerous books on hand for relaxation. In summer, the air conditioning and ceiling fans combine with crisp fresh sheets and cool cotton blankets to ensure a comfortable nights rest. The cottages are complete with coonara wood fires, reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets and woollen doonas to ensure a snug winter break. Located on a quiet service road only 800m to the village of sorrento, with its great pubs, restaurants and local boutique shopping and within easy walking distance of the beaches, ( approx 1km to either the bay or ocean beach ) a fantastic children's park, and the queenscliff ferry, the cottages are perfectly positioned to take advantage of all sorrento and the mornington peninsula have on offer. The cottages each have individual gas barbeques, or for bigger groups there is a large gas barbeque set in the garden, where you can enjoy a glass of local wine whilst cooking dinne.
